KHAN GUSTO Catering, Rada Lannoy-Selingues
Originally from Siberia, Rada passionately switched careers to cooking after 20 years of experience in sales and accounting. Former chef at Meet My Mama catering, she blends flavors from France, Siberia, and Central Asia to create unique dishes.
In 2023, her Forel & Svekla entry was selected for the Open 13, and she participated in the Rencontres Gourmandes de Vaudieu, coached by a Michelin-starred chef. Since then, she has established herself as a catering chef in the south of France, with her own culinary signature.
DJ/MC: Eric Lannoy-Selingues
A music enthusiast, Eric made his debut behind the turntables at the age of 17 in his hometown of Calais, with a particular affinity for techno music. After taking a break to focus on family commitments, he rediscovered his passion in 2015 and has been honing his craft ever since.
Today, Eric stands out as a versatile DJ and host, mastering a wide range of musical styles. Whether it's general classics (disco, 80s-90s), contemporary or electronic music, he knows how to create a tailor-made atmosphere to make every event unforgettable.
